Add-ons

Add-ons

Add-ons let you buy a single capability without jumping to a whole new plan. They sit under the plan cards on the Plans page, and they are billed as part of the same monthly subscription line rather than as separate charges. Turning one on or off takes effect on your subscription immediately.

There are five. Two raise a plan limit, three unlock AI features.

Extra Amazon accounts

Available on Growth + Markets only. Up to 20 extra accounts.

Growth + Markets includes 2 Amazon accounts. This add-on buys additional account slots on top of that, one slot at a time, up to 20.

An "account" here means one (region, seller ID) pair. If you sell in Europe and North America under two separate Seller Central registrations, that is two accounts, not one. See Amazon accounts and regions for how the app counts them.

When it is worth it. You are on Growth + Markets, you have hit the account cap, and everything else about the plan still fits you. Buying two or three account slots is usually cheaper than moving to Full. If you need many accounts, or you also want unlimited mapped products and unlimited market mappings, compare the total against Full, which allows effectively unlimited accounts on its own.

When it will not help. The add-on is not offered on Free, Growth or Full. On Growth you cannot buy a second account slot; you have to move to Growth + Markets. On Full you do not need to, because the cap is already 999.

Note

When you connect an account beyond your cap you get the banner "Account limit reached ({limit}). Upgrade or add an account slot." That banner is the app telling you this add-on exists.

Sync speed

Available on Full only. 3h, 2h and 1h tiers.

Every paid plan runs the automated price sync every 6 hours. That is the same on Growth, Growth + Markets and Full. The Sync speed add-on is the only way to go faster, and it is offered on Full only. You choose one of three tiers: every 3 hours, every 2 hours, or every hour.

When it is worth it. Your competitors move price often, your margins are thin, and a stale Amazon price on your Shopify product page or your Buy Box position costs you real money within hours. A 1h cadence means your Buy Box history in Analytics is also six times denser, which makes the trend genuinely readable.

When it is not. If your catalogue is slow-moving, or you sell products with few competing offers, a 6h cadence is almost always enough. Remember that Sync now on the Dashboard is unlimited and free on every plan, so a one-off urgent refresh never requires this add-on.

Note

Sync speed changes the price sync cadence and nothing else. It does not affect how quickly stock is pushed to Amazon, which is not on a schedule at all: it fires within seconds of a Shopify stock change. See Automation and schedule.

Amazon SEO & Rufus

Available on any paid plan.

Unlocks the SEO & Rufus AI operation on the Listings page. It rewrites your Shopify product content so it is optimised both for search and for Rufus, Amazon's AI shopping assistant, and it returns a set of backend search terms.

When it is worth it. Your product copy was written quickly, for an audience that had already found you, and it has never been revisited. Search rewards keyword coverage in a way that most hurried product copy does not, and an AI assistant reads your description as prose. This add-on is the strongest of the AI operations if your products are getting seen and not bought.

Everything it writes is saved back to your Shopify product. Nothing is sent to Amazon. See AI tools.

AI recommendations

Available on any paid plan.

Unlocks the Recommendations AI operation. It returns up to six content-quality recommendations with a high, medium or low severity, telling you what is weak about your product content. The recommendations are advisory. Nothing is changed or saved automatically.

When it is worth it. You want a second opinion before you commit to rewriting copy, or you have a lot of listings and you want to know which ones are worth your attention first. It pairs naturally with SEO & Rufus: recommendations tell you what is wrong, SEO & Rufus fixes it.

AI Pro

Available on any paid plan. Bundles the two AI add-ons above.

AI Pro gives you both Amazon SEO & Rufus and AI recommendations for less than buying them separately. If you want both, always buy AI Pro. There is no case where buying the two individually is cheaper.

When you select AI Pro on the Plans page, the app automatically selects the two individual AI add-ons and then disables those two checkboxes, because they are already included. That is expected behaviour and not a bug. If you deselect AI Pro, the two individual add-ons become selectable again.

What add-ons do not change

Add-ons raise a specific limit or unlock a specific feature. They do not change your plan's other caps. Buying AI Pro on Growth does not increase your monthly allowance of 50 AI operations; it only unlocks the two extra operations you can spend that allowance on. If you need more AI actions rather than more AI features, look at The AI allowance and your own key, where a bring-your-own-key setup bypasses the allowance entirely.

Likewise, an extra account slot does not raise your mapped-product cap or your market mapping cap. Only a plan change does that.
