Security and data protection
The same answers are in the app: Help - Data Protection Report, generated from your live configuration rather than written once into a PDF.
What is stored
Everything stays in your Odoo database: packaging specifications, jurisdiction and rate reference data, your producer registrations, declarations and their evidence, and the deadline calendar.
What leaves your server

No regulator or compliance scheme is contacted by this app. It prepares and evidences declarations; you file them.
Personal data
The app reads stock moves and their delivery addresses to work out which market goods went to. It stores the country and state of those shipments on assessments and declarations - not names, addresses or contact details.
Producer registrations hold your own company's identifiers, not anyone else's.
Credentials
The app holds no regulator or scheme credentials. The Portal Note field on a registration is for saying where the credentials live, not for the credentials.
Licence key verification
Keys are signed with an Ed25519 private key held by LataSys. The module embeds only the public key: it can verify a licence but cannot mint one, so having the source does not enable forging keys.
