What you buy

The app - a one-off licence for the Odoo version, GBP 1,290. Bought direct from LataSys or through the Odoo Apps store.

The Regulatory Data Service - annual, priced by how many markets you track:

TierMarketsGBP per year
Starter1490
Growthup to 51,490
Globalunlimited, including US states and Canada3,900

It buys verified rate and deadline updates as regulators publish them, new jurisdictions as regimes come into force, and change alerts against the markets you actually trade in.

Packaging data onboarding - GBP 2,500, optional. We weigh your packaging, load the specifications and verify the result against a declaration you can file.

Why the subscription exists

Rates move every year - UK plastic went from GBP 423 to GBP 455 a tonne between year one and year two - and deadlines move with politics. Keeping twenty jurisdictions current is the ongoing work, and it is what the subscription pays for.

Without a subscription

The app keeps working on the regulatory data it shipped with, and says so: obligations go needs re-check, the dashboard reports how old the rates are, and declarations carry the verification date of every rate they used. Nothing is silently switched off. Nothing is silently pretended, either.

Installing a key

Help - Licence, paste the key, Save. A key that cannot be read is refused there and then. Check Online asks the licensing service whether it is still valid; if the service cannot be reached the app says so and keeps the previous answer rather than locking out a working install.

Support

support@latasys.com. Attach the file from Help - Data Protection Report - Download JSON: it carries versions, counts and data freshness, and no customer data, so it can be sent without a privacy review.
