Registrations
One per market
A registration records that you are - or are not yet - registered as a producer in a jurisdiction, and under what number.

The numbers that matter
The field is labelled for the jurisdiction: an IDU in France, a LUCID number in Germany, an Organisation ID in the UK.
Two of them are not administrative trivia:
- France requires the unique identifier (IDU) to appear on the producer's own commercial documentation. Tick Print on Invoices and it appears on customer invoices going to that country.
- Germany will not let a dual system take your packaging unless you are in LUCID first. Selling before registering is the offence itself, and marketplaces are obliged to block unregistered sellers.
Authorised representatives
From 12 August 2026 the PPWR requires a producer not established in a member state to appoint an authorised representative there - including producers established elsewhere in the EU, not only outside it. Record who that is on the registration.
Renewals
Several registrations must be renewed annually. Set Expires On and the record flags itself 60 days out.
Never store passwords here
The Portal Note field is for where the credentials live - which password manager entry, whose account it is. Not the password.
